Role Description: Management Consultant/Senior Management Consultant

Management Partners is looking for high-caliber candidates who have a passion for developing innovative solutions for our client’s challenges with maximized competitive advantage and economic impact for our clients. Consultants/Senior Consultants help organizations to solve issues, create value, maximize growth and improve business & institutional performance.

Minimum Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university with consistent outstanding academic record; Advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
Relevant work experience with one of the top management consulting firms (1 -3 Year for Consultant and 3-5 years for Senior Consultant Position).
Commercial awareness and understanding of the business environment, ability to think holistically and create an impact and value add in every assignment.
Evidence of innovative problem-solving skills in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
Willingness to travel frequently within the region and internationally.
Middle east experience.
Excellent oral and writing communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.

Consultants’ Main responsibilities and activities include:

Conduct research on project related data, collect all relevant data from different sources and perform data analysis independently.
Provide support to project managers in the development of project plans and workshops (preparation & execution), as well as conducting project related stakeholder interviews and liaising with client staff.
Prepare reports and presentations under the supervision of the project manager.
Develop project plans, conduct analysis of client’s business effectively, prepare workshops and structured interviews, and liaise with client staff.
Develop specific work products and lead specific initiatives / sub-projects.
Act as a subject matter expert and become a trusted advisor to the client.
Build and cultivate successful client relationships with peer members.
Assist in developing proposals for submission to prospective clients, prepare selected parts independently.
Provide support as required to the administration of the management consulting practice (e.g. work on internal projects, support implementing IT tools for administrative support)

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to identify key issues and potential risks and to make recommendations to address problems
Should have middle east experience.
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing
Excellent client interaction and relationship skills as well as ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
Ability to manage assignments within ambitious deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment (with consultant colleagues and clients)
Passion for learning and creative thinking
High level of reliability in order to deliver high-quality results on time
Strong work ethics and proper handling of confidential information

For UAE based candidates: the work would be onsite or at the client location.

For candidates based outside of UAE: candidates would remain based in their home countries (no need for relocation). They would work remotely or fly into client project location or Dubai on an as needed basis.
