A growing technical services and interior fit-out contracting company is looking for a site supervisor who has extensive experience in the fit-out, construction or technical services sector and is skilled at managing and site supervision.
Your responsibilities:
You should be able to demonstrate completed projects within Dubai, have a strong supplier network, and be confident in presenting and managing client expectations.
You should be able to manage a team, communicate instructions clearly and be able to work independently on delivering a project from start to finish.
You must be able to understand drawings & details, material finishes and construction material requirements.
Material and manpower planning and management.
You should be able to perform setting-out plans on site as per approved drawings.
You should be able to independently handle sites.
You should have fair knowledge of electrical and MEP works.
You should be able to act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives.
Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications.
Oversee the selection and requisition of materials.
Agree a price for materials and make cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
Manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
Plan the work and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site.
Prepare reports as required.
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Requirements:
Experience:
Fit Out: 5 years (Preferred)
Foreman - Site Supervisor: 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
Drivers License (Required)
