Lead Security Analyst

We are hiring for Lead Security Analyst for an online trading company in Dubai.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 9+ years of relevant experience in information security, including the CIA triad, RBAC, security industry best practices, vulnerabilities, attack vectors, IOCs, encryption, encoding, and different types of threat actors
• Experience in common information security frameworks such as NIST, FISMA, CIS, GDPR, and ISO 2700x series
• Industry certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, ISAAP, and AWS Solutions Architect are highly desired
Responsibilities:
• Scale security by enhancing the performance of the company’s security components and maintaining advanced environment, architecture, and systems.
• Establish the security control framework — develop policies, processes, and tools as well as plan for a systematic update to overcome potential vulnerabilities and deficiencies.
• Strategies and create security plans based on the insights from security reviews, risk and compliance assessments, audits, and performance boards.
• Act as the point of escalation for the organization’s IT security matters and represent security operations as the technical lead.
• Provide security analysts with knowledge and an action plan in case of escalation or for the resolution of chronic issues.
