Business Development Executive - Information Technology

We are looking to hire mid-level sales candidates based in Dubai selling outsourcing/manpower services to IT/Software/Technology companies. This passionate energetic candidate will have a minimum 4 years’ pre-sales experience in business development, along with a good understanding of the staffing and services industry.

Building profitable sales by employing a consultative and creative sales approach tailored to the client’s business. Tracking own lead generation and ensure a healthy sales pipeline through Data mining, Sales calls, Profile marketing, Face to Face presentation and the company’s CRM system

Experience: Minimum 4 years UAE sales experience. Warm contacts and database advantage
Sector: IT/Technology/Software market knowledge
Specialization: Previous or current sales experience selling Manpower, Outsourcing, Staffing or Recruitment Services
Nationality: Any
Language: Must have an excellent command of the English language. Additional Arabic, Hindi and/or Urdu, an advantage

Communication Skills: Must be commercially aware, warm and versatile personality, effective client negotiation & problem-solving skills. Hunter sales mentality for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers/partners
License: Valid UAE driving license with own car
