Preparing detailed BOQ, risk assessment, and other analyses contract documents which includes technical essential documents and commercial submittal.

Prepare costs analysis and estimate/pricing for RFP.

Establish client’s requirements and prepare feasibility studies.

Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.

Prepare cash flow and submit it to the finance department every month to allocate the fund.

Prepare the cost projection plan for the running project.

Draft contractual correspondences for client and subcontractor/vendor.

Prepare monthly progress report/IPC.

Researching, sourcing, negotiating and obtaining the best prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.

Review field inspection reports from Consultants throughout the lifecycle of the project. 

المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
Problem Solving.

SUMMARY JOB ROLE:

We need a QUANTITY SURVEYOR having at least 4 years of work experience in Dubai in-depth knowledge in Building Construction. He should be able to handle both pre and post-contract work, review the scope of works along with contract terms and conditions and prepare bills of materials/quantity take off/variations/invoicing, cost management, cash flow, etc.
