A leading Group of companies is looking to hire experienced Sales Engineers for their Contracting division.
Salary: AED 6000 – 7000 + Monthly Commission
Job Responsibilities:
• Identifying potential customers and projects and secure new projects.
• Build and maintain strong and profitable relationships with customers.
• Ensure a successful execution of Sales deals.
• Meet or exceed monthly / quarterly /annual sales goals
• Manage and maintaining a pipeline, capable of delivering the budget.
• Conducting regularly scheduled customer visits.
• Maintaining and updating customer records and enquiry status.
• Converting potential customers’ enquiries in Sales orders.
• Selling and servicing company’s products and solutions.
• Ensuring the customer is satisfied with products and services and ensuring proper recording and coordination of shipments & returns.
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Bachelor’s Degree / Degree in Civil Engineering
• 3 years of UAE Sales experience within construction or construction related industry
• In-depth knowledge of the construction industry
• Good understanding of the technical and commercial requirements of customers in the construction industry.
• Experience with scaffolding & formwork is considered a plus.
• Excellent Negotiations skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Must have valid UAE driving license
