Hiring Global Service Desk Analyst
Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science. Must have 3-5 years’ experience in the Global Service Desk Environment. Should be available in UAE to join immediately. Excellent Troubleshooting skills related to Windows 10 Platform, iPhones, Network, Email System (Outlook 364 and Exchange Online), Microsoft Teams, Line of Business Applications to name a few.
Hands on working knowledge on Azure Cloud, Active Directory, Citrix, Access Management for Applications, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Network Share. Good communication and Analytical skills.
