Call Center Agent required
• Responsibility is to make a cold-call and Known Customer calls, either to get information or to market the company’s product or services.
• Sales Lead generation and coordinate with Sales Team
• Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes.
• Monitoring Product wise sales performance.
• Help in closing sales deals.
• CRM: Keeping a record of calls and relevant details
• Knowledge of Information Technology, Software sales can be advantage.
• Arabic, Urdu/Hindi and English speakers are preferred.
• Visa will be provided.
• Candidate must be available in Dubai for a face to face interview.
