Job Role: Marketing Analyst

Brief:
This role makes extensive use of audience research, performance reports of media campaigns, and other general quantitative and qualitative research carried by the media and/or creative agencies, to produce media evaluation reports. These are then used to improve the effectiveness of all our recruitment marketing campaigns, determining the correct channel mix, and track our investments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up scalable and reliable ways to measure success as part of every feature launch
Manage all recruitment marketing channels such as landing page, social media, online/offline platforms, and email campaigns
Continually evaluate opportunities to drive process improvement and channel innovation
Owns and manage all analytics dashboards and reporting suites across all platforms
Owns initiatives that define and refine how we target customers, open new channels that expand our reach, and drive automation projects with partner teams that scale our programs
Work with manager to develop go-to-market initiatives
Identify new vendors for recruitment marketing, and developing business cases and programs to vet, launch, optimize and scale those vendors
Analyze weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs, deep-diving data and create heat maps to provide actionable insights and concise business recommendations
Communicate channel and agency performance and status to various stakeholders
Collaborate with other global teams to generate broader impact and synergies in go to market program marketing initiatives
المهارات
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
Talent Acquisition, Recruitment and Retention: An in-depth understanding of the full talent life cycle. Preferrable with bulk hires
Recruitment Marketing: Ability to identify target audience preferences and trends
Online/offline recruitment advertising tools: Market-savvy who researches data from multiple audiences or venues and pays attention to trends that could change the effectiveness of a recruiting campaign. Typically a marketer with high analytical skills
A corporate professional background is preferred. A mix between corporate and media agency background is a good to have
Enthusiastic attitude, working well on teams and being able to adapt quickly to a fast-moving environment.
