You need to bring prior experience in the recruitment business, people-orientated you do not lose sight of the “human aspect” of our business while you chase clients, candidates, and targets. Multi geography experience would be a major plus. Your core expertise should be in managing mid to senior mandates independently and effectively. Experience in digital, fintech. The foodtech vertical would be a major plus.

Desired Skills and Experience
Graduate in any discipline with at least 3-4 years of recruiting experience.
You should be a voracious reader, updated on current events and political scenarios. Articulate, you should be a good listener with the ability to influence things not directly under your control.
You need to be a super energized individual with a great sense of humour to boot.
You are proactive, ambitious, entrepreneurial, and thrive in a team environment
Previous experience of working in a 360-degree recruitment role preferred
Strong understanding of your area/ region & market expertise, excellent knowledge of the MEA marketplace
Demonstrate a track record of successfully nurturing business relationship
Excellent client management skills, along with the ability to build strong relationships
Excellent command of English language both written and oral
MS Office, PC literacy
Commitment to results and teamwork spirit
