الوصف الوظيفي Traffic Manager Tiron Graphics is seeking to add its next superstar to their rapidly growing team in Dubai. We are looking for a Traffic Manager who has a keen eye for design, a creative passion and flair. Your main job will be creating detailed schedules, set deadlines at each stage of the project, and will also make sure that work is distributed equally and fairly between creative teams and other departments. It’s your responsibility to keep everything running smoothly, despite the constant changes and demands of the agency and clients. The following responsibilities can be expected · Managing all business’s advertising campaigns from their conceptualization to their completion. · Ensure the simultaneous running of several projects in parallel, regularly going back and forth from the team to the clients. · Make sure the project meets the expectations and deadlines of the clients and the management team by distributing the tasks efficiently and functionally · Lead people under tight deadlines and stay cool under pressure. · Have a keen understanding of the market opportunities, industry, and audience for the assigned projects. · Constantly monitoring the schedule and adjust accordingly to ensure deadlines are met. · Report to the Creative Director about the current workflow and communicate any possible issues. المهارات · Experience in advertising and website development · You are very organized and detail oriented · Excellent people management skills. · Strong decision-making and prioritization skills · Good at problem-solving and communication · Proficient in traffic management software · 2+ years of similar working experience · Bachelor’s degree تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/traffic-manager-advertising-agency-4490378/ |
