OVERVIEW
Our client is large UAE based retail group, they are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join their team in Dubai.
The Compensation and Benefits Specialist will be responsible for establishing best practices, attracting high-quality employees, and reducing turnover. The role consists of implementing appealing rewards and tailoring benefit programs based on staff needs, analyzing compensation data and evaluating job positions to help us improve employee satisfaction and create a productive workplace.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company’s strategic plan
Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation
Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees
Structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization
Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs
Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data
Conduct analysis of compensation and benefits within company
Oversee competitive analysis, merit increases and salary structure.
Develop job descriptions for various positions and determine appropriate base pay
Analyze surveys to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments.

REQUIREMENTS
5- 10 years’ Experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist
Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels
Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems
Good analytical skills
Experience with employee satisfaction surveys
BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Finance or relevant field
