الوصف الوظيفي What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day? · Support the Repair Centres on the RMA portal including administrating contracts, repairs, claims, inventory for productivity products. · Track and manage requests resolution to achieve service level KPI’s. · Have a connect with Customers and Partners and work towards ensuring Service Customer Support is maintained. · Provide all support to Customers on Service issues / questions or clarifications. · Ensuring a 95% and above OTTR by all Repair Centers through constant support, tracking and measuring the deliverables. · Claims Repair Management - update the customer on all labor repair costs and related spares order replacements · Review all repair claims / invoices and obtain approval before sending to the AP team for payment processing · Plan and manage spares inventory within the MERTA region including managing Supply Chain issues to achieve optimal spares distribution. · Weekly status order report to be shared with customers and management. · Follow up with credit control if any orders on hold · Provide a back-up for service contract processing and renewals. · Must follow all state, local, country, and federal laws, and regulations, as well as embrace Honeywell core values and initiatives We Offer: · Annual salary and consolidated allowance · Group medical insurance plan · Life and long-term disability insurance · Paid annual leave and time off work · Business travel insurance · End of service benefits · Airfare allowance · Education allowance · 4.5 day working week from Monday to Friday in line with the public sector.
