Description
Reporting to the Managing Director, this person will be responsible for;
Leading the development of the strategy across global markets for the portfolioEnhancing the NPD capabilities by recommending and leading innovations as per market demandsInfluencing the local and international sales team by helping them develop RTM strategies in line with data derived from the marketMeeting with the distributors along with the sales team occasionally to guide on in market activationsLeading the internal and external communication strategy of the brand via the marketing team and agenciesPrepare mid to long term plans related to market expansion plans
Profile
To apply for this role; it is necessary for the individual to have the following experience;
At least 5 years of gourmet brands marketing experience related to brand building or brand development - ideally this person would have developed a brand strategy or lead in market execution plans not necessarily at the same time for a gourmet F&B;Ideally some sort of experience in leading NPDs or building new market entry plansMust come from an background in managing a portfolio of gourmet brands - either based in the GCC or in Europe or AustraliaPreference for candidates from principal gourmet brands or worked at a distributor of gourmet/niche brands in a brand or trade marketing role.
This person will be looking to step into an entrepreneurial role where they will be leading an entire function but not be afraid to step into managing operational tasks similar to what everyone does in the business at all levels.
Job Offer
AED 25,000 - AED 30,000 per/m is the benchmark + bonus, medical, flights.
This is a long term project so an incentive plan can be discussed during the process.
