الوصف الوظيفي • Coordinates accurate monthly payroll runs to ensure balances for each period. • Preparation of accurate and meaningful payroll records. • Compiles routine reports related to payroll activity; providing information and data for payroll adjustments to general ledger as necessary. • Ensure all reports regarding absence monitoring in terms of leave, sickness and other types of absence for the company are up to date and available. • Generates accounts for new employees in the payroll system and review their salaries and allowances for each location according to recruitment procedures and policies. • Ensure accurate entry and update of the employee’s personal and employment information into the payroll system. • Calculate annual leave, telephone bills and other deductions for all employees in the company. Ensure timely processing of approved leave, resumptions, overtime and deduction. • Prepare final settlements for termination including related calculations, end of service payments and other contract termination procedures. • Ensure that personnel information is entered exclusively for the budgeted positions. In case of unbudgeted positions, concerned Department Manager/ Human Resources Manager should be referred to for validation. • Prepare salary certificate letters based on request of Staff and necessary validation by Department Manager. المهارات • Self starter capable of operating with little supervision and the ability to escalate issues timely and appropriately, logical and methodical. • Excellent time management skills. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • University Graduate - Major in Accounting • Minimum of 2 years prior experience in processing payroll. • Familiarization with ERP system. • Ability to analyze data. • Fluent in English – verbal and written تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/payroll-assistant-4491066/ |
