Business Development Executive

The main objective of this role is to build and grow a new customer base whilst also focussing on customer retention.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan monthly cycle to visit prospective and existing customers

• Understand customer’s requirements and ensure they are met

• Build strong & strategic relationships with customers

• Meet & exceed monthly budgeted target

• Develop and generate sales from the existing base towards the monthly target

• Interact with customers to resolve complaints

المهارات
2-3 years experience with a proven track record in the courier/freight industry (preferably from the courier industry)

• Educated to college level

• Good knowledge of import/export procedures through air

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written & spoken

• Drivers license mandatory

• Well-groomed
