Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer required
Location Dubai.
• To insure the full and right Implementation of the maintenance technician through executing the work.
• Distribute the daily works on the maintenance staff.
• Make daily tour on all the machines to make sure that all machine are working perfectly.
• Solving any problem cannot be solving by maintenance staff or taking the corrective action.
• Checking all contracts for the machine required preventive maintenance from outside companies before approval.
• Inform the maintenance staff to buy some parts which they need special technical specifications.
• Write monthly report to the factory manager regarding the machine conditions, breakdown time, etc.
• Try to develop and make studying to improve the production
• Try to get suppliers for all machine parts locally needed in maintenance work
• Auditing on the maintenance staff if they are follow the maintenance procedures properly in the work.
• Checking machines on a daily basis and fill all the required records.
• To insure the availability of all spare parts required.
• Make the purchase requests for:
• Machines spare parts.
• New machines for production.
