Job Purpose
Controlling room inventory over property management system (PMS), extranet & Channel manager.
Key Accountabilities – *
Checking daily primary competition set pricing and aligning Best Flex Rate accordingly.
Reservation delivery rate check on a daily basis.
Monitoring page ranking/visibility and content on OTA’s. Updating the same on OTA audit sheet and OTA Production Tracking Tool.
Rate distribution (ARI) thru Channel Manager.
To create rate codes and rate plans/rate access/packages for rate mapping/distribution.
Review Inventory Control and Mark Sold Out / Valid dates for the next 90 days.
OTA and BE Content Management & Audit (update hotel information, ensure the picture quality loaded on brand and third-party websites).
Handling OTA contracts, hotel profile set up, description, location, photos, and other important information on the extranet (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, hotel website and etc.).
Continuously analyzing the availability of rates while ensuring parity across all distribution channels.
Upload tactical & promotions/packages in OTA and BE (i.e. Minimum stay, advance purchase or early bird etc.
Handle B2B/B2C – wholesale accounts.
Ensure rate parity among OTA channels.
Job Experience
• 3 years’ experience E-Commerce in a hotel/resort.
• Channel manager/booking engine i.e., Travel Click/Fornova/ROIBACK
• OPERA Version 5.0.
• Fornova Distribution and Competitive Intelligence knowledge would be an added advantage.
Others
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Speak, Read and Write English.
Team player and accustomed to pressure situations.
Negotiation skills.
Contract review.
