Fulfillment Center Manager -Warehouse Manager

Job Responsibilities :

The e-commerce fulfillment manager will oversee all aspects of eCommerce order receipt, order preparation, and order fulfillment to satisfaction of customers.

• Manage all areas of the warehouse and fulfillment operations for the e-commerce customers

• Ensure all e-commerce orders are fulfilled in full and as per the agreed SLAs with each customer

• Measure and report performance KPIs on customer level

• Monitor and control the cost

• Ensure continuous improvements to the operations

• Partner with other cross-functional managers on staffing scheduling and coordination of critical resources required to successfully execute the fulfillment plan

• This is a working management position. The ideal candidate will be able to balance working in the warehouse, managing the warehouse staff members, and completing all other functions of the job.

• Plan for peak seasons to make sure that the agreed service levels are met

• Ensure the highest levels of inventory accuracy

المهارات
The ideal candidate should have:

• Not less than 5 years of experience in a fast pace ECommerce fulfillment

• University degree in (Supply chain, logistics, Industrial engineering)

• Warehouse management system experience ideally

• Excellent communication (English)

• Advance Microsoft excel skills
