We are looking for a responsible HR Admin Assistant to provide clerical support to our department and employee relations and coordinate all daily administrative activities. She should be highly organized and able to multitask with ease.
The ideal candidate should have the experience of an Office Administration and HR related works.
Requirements and skills:
• Proven experience as an Administrator, Admin assistant or relevant role
• Knowledge of office policies and procedures
• Experience with office management tools (MS Office in particular)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
