In the position of HR Manger, you will be an important part of the Firms’ success and will interact daily at all levels within the firm. You will be an integral part of the future success of the organization’s growth and support with the firm’s goals for recruitment, employee engagement, employee satisfaction and retention, diversity and inclusion and overall wellbeing.
The HR Manager will deliver excellent client service, work efficiently to resolve issues and provide information and data when it is needed to ensure informed business decisions. Above all, the HR Manager will work to develop and grow the organizational capabilities needed to maintain a healthy and successful law practice
Primary duties include the following:
Recruitment Activities
Manage and organise annual staff appraisals
Full benefits administration
Supervise Administrative Assistants
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance
Counsel staff in resolution of job issues or concerns
Maintain and update employee handbook
Handle terminations and develop procedures and conduct exit interviews
Support with onboarding all new staff
Coordinate employee morale and recognition program

Facilitate communication within the firm and across departmental lines
Handle administrative duties as needed while focusing on activities that are strategic, forward thinking, proactive and comprehensive.
Champion employees while working to improve the quality of supervision and teamwork
Knowledgeable in public health advisories and able to develop company policies addressing healthy workplace practices.
Work with Executive Director on projects such as office events, ongoing training, and employee development.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, professionalism and interpersonal skills necessary to work with all levels in an organization. Ideally Arabic speaking. Strong organizational skills and the ability to operate with the highest level of conduct, integrity, and confidentiality are all required for a successful candidate.
Ideally the candidate should have previous experience working within a legal/law form and understand the expectations associated with the industry.
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, are also needed.
