About The Role At Atlantis Dubai, we strive to create a destination experience that is not only unforgettable throughout each customer’s stay, but truly memorable for a lifetime. The Team Leader, Dolphin Bay is responsible for the daily supervision of the entire Dolphin Bay guest operations including the Ticketing Plaza, Reception, Beach Operations, Sealion Point and Orientation Rooms. The Team Leader will be responsible for resolving guest issues and concerns as well as supervision of all line staff. The desired candidate will have a strong background in administration and have the ability to multitask and manage their time effectively. About The You To be successful in this role, you need to have a previous experience in leading a team. You will be responsible for providing support to the Receptionists and Agents to ensure that best customer service practices are carried out, inclusive of cash handling and ticketing transactions along with upselling and reporting. You will enjoy dealing with a variety of guests and can troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly. You will assist in ensuring that the guest journey and experience from beginning to end of visit to Dolphin Bay is an enjoyable and safe one. Proficiency in the use of computer software and system is essential to the position. Fluent in English, (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, and German is a plus). You will be customer service focused and have excellent communication and organizational skills. Additionally, you will need to have previous experience with the Galaxy Ticketing system.
