Online Merchandiser

We are Hiring for the role of an Online Merchandiser
Number of positions available: 1
Location: Option is open for this to be a remote role or a role based in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
• Custom build product lists to support marketing, using knowledge of stock availability to ensure lists are commercial.
• Assist in ensuring all products are strategically and beautifully merchandised across the website to ensure easy discovery for the customer for all campaigns.
• Execute key daily/weekly/monthly business performance reporting.
• Optimize traffic & conversion by devising commercial merchandising strategies.
• Continuously propose & improve the navigation/mapping on both the desktop site and app, to enhance and be the best customer shopping experience in the GCC.
• Manage the onsite visual merchandising techniques through the use of tools to boost and maximize exposure to underperforming categories/SKU, trend edits & brand partnerships.
• Build profitable go-to-market product mix by campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing team on building a promotional calendar, briefing in promotion landing pages, and ensuring the journey is concise and effective.
• Maximizing cross & up-selling.
• Build the merchandising process for campaigns using logic and data.
YOU’RE QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Economics or Retail Sciences
• Min. 3 years exp as an Online Merchandiser in an E-commerce environment
• Demonstrated ability with business modeling capabilities using tools such as SQL, Excel, Access, and Tableau and advanced proficiency with other Microsoft Office programs.
• Experienced in working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
