• Minimum 6 to 8 years of Experience in UAE contracting Market
• Full Awareness of HVAC and plumbing Design
• Good Experience of using HAP Software
• Good Experience in Mechanical works T&C;• Familiarity with relevant International standards
• Has dynamics and presentable personality
