Sales Supervisor – Non-Fresh

Reporting to: Director, Commercial Non fresh
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 8 yrs. of experience in Non-Fresh Sales
• Excellent knowledge of market i.e., all channels of trade (wholesale, traders, re-exporters, retail, Horeca, institutions, etc.)
Duties & Responsibilities
• Execute achievement of overall sales & collection budgets
• Make calls & pitch the products to potential customers and handle customer objections effectively
• Continuously assess the market to identify new customers and add to the existing customer base
• Regularly provide feedback on customers, business development, market, and competition
• Prepare & share daily sales report
• Follow up on invoices & collection to ensure implementation of credit facilities as regulated by the Company
• Manage & sell to all channels of trade in the given geography/territory
• Follow up on all presale deliveries to ensure customers are being serviced adequately
• Coordinate with 3PL (warehouse) on daily basis and with back office for all admin documents like PI, TI, RV & SOA
• Maintain confidentiality on Company information, inventory, budgets, etc.
• Participate in the enforcement of Food Safety and IMS mechanisms by following the Company’s QHSE Policy and procedures.
• Report any defect, hazard or near miss in the workplace which might endanger food safety, health & safety, and environment and stop work if any hazard posing risk to Food Safety and HSE is identified.
