• 3+ years Proven experience as IT Support Engineer or relevant position
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• IT Certification CCNA, MCSA.
• Hands on experience with Office 365 Suite, outlook, Word, Excel, Power point, Adobe PDF.
• Experience using support ticking tool such as Manage Engine SDP, Freshdesk, etc.
• Relevant Experience in F&B;industry.
