Abercross Holding is hiring for an Analyst/Associate in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will conduct financial analysis and due diligence of target companies in the Venture Capital/ Private Equity space to support senior management in the Investment process
Responsibilities
• Involvement in all aspects of due diligence on new investments (business analysis, industry thesis, competitive landscape, business/pricing model, and financial modelling / deal structuring)
• Reading/reviewing business plans and pitch deck
• Preparing pitch and presentation materials
• Participating in sponsor calls for queries/diligence
• Assist in deal execution and post transaction monitoring of the portfolio investments
• Undergraduate/Graduate degree in Accounting and Finance
• Candidates pursuing the CFA designation would be preferred
• 2-4 years prior experience in Investment Banking or PE/VC
