Hiring Accounts Receivable professionals with experience in Document Management!!!
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data.
• Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
• Maintaining the billing system.
• Generating invoices and account statements.
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
• Carry out all full accounting document control in line with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct necessary and regular follow up with allocated clients for payment collection.
Job Requirements:
• Must have minimum 2 years’ experience in construction Industry.
• Language: Must be fluent in English & Tagalog.
