Customer Care Sales Executive required
We are a Courier Company based in Dubai seeking an experienced female Customer Relationship and Sales Manager.
Can join immediately managing incoming calls and Customer service inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Minimum Work Experience 0-1 Years
Maximum Educational Level High-School / Secondary
Location Dubai Umm Ramool
Language English, Hindi
