MISSIONS:
This role will be responsible for supporting the HR Development Director, based at Dubai, to design and deliver a significant Global People transformation programme. The key focus of the role will be around developing and implementing diverse HR work processes, consistent globally. The role includes especially the following missions: • Experience of designing and delivering working models/ processes on Career frame works, Job levels & grading, Total rewards, remuneration review and rolling it with different stake holders. • Overall responsibility for delivery of the HR project plan and management of risks & issues. • Capture expectations of key stakeholders from the business including various countries. • Work with HR Development Director to develop the integrated plan and manage delivery.
PROFILE:
• 6-8 years of overall experience • MBA or any other relevant degree • Hands on experience of driving similar projects/ interventions with an overview of operations and generalist profile in previous roles. • Preferably with previous experience in Engineering/technology industry • Experience of managing variety of global organizational change/Transformation projects and hands-on delivery experience such as DEI, Digital community, showcasing HR processes through various engagement models
