We are looking for a professional Real Estate Agent to be an intermediary between Sellers and Buyers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handle sales and rental inquiries from client/s through phone call, email and in person.
• Develops property listings by building rapport and reaching out to potential buyers in the market.
• Listing and marketing properties for sale or rent.
• Negotiating offers and contract negotiation.
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
Requirements:
• Must have at least 2 years Real Estate experience in DUBAI.
• Knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
• Ability to achieve Sales/Leasing targets.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Highly motivated and goal orientated.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• UAE driving license is a must.
Salary is 5k AED and 40% commission in every closed deal.
