Exhibition Engineering Supervisor

الوصف الوظيفي
1. Responsible for the screening of relevant personnel in Dubai during the start-up of the company;

2. Responsible for warehousing preparation;

3. Responsible for making, building and executing conference, exhibition and exhibition hall projects;

4. Responsible for material screening, classification and control of engineering materials;

5. Responsible for project cost, quotation system and responsibility implementation;

6. Responsible for safety assessment in the early stage of project implementation, safety process control in the implementation period and evacuation process control in the later stage;

7. Responsible for on-site production and construction safety, quality control and construction schedule control;

8. Responsible for the management and selection of relevant suppliers (including cost control, supply price system, service standard, service process review, effect review, supplier system filing, etc.);

9, Familiar with design construction drawings, skilled in using design software;

10. Able to independently complete the whole process of project implementation according to the design drawing and project budget, actively cooperate with relevant parties in the process of project implementation, provide internal and external solutions, and timely solve all kinds of engineering problems encountered in the implementation.

المهارات
1. More than five years of experience in project execution, supervision and management in the same industry;

2. Familiar with the technology, materials and production process of conference, exhibition and exhibition hall construction;

3. Familiar with computer operation, proficient in Office software and design software, familiar with design construction drawings;

4. Good communication skills, have a good understanding of the intention of customers and project managers;

5. Highly enthusiastic and professional, with strong psychological ability to work under pressure, able to work overtime and short-term overseas;

6. Experience in independent production execution, supervision and management;

7. Relevant qualifications or certificates are preferred.

8.Chinese are preferred.

The salary consists of basic salary and commission. The range of basic salary is 5000-8000, and the commission will be known to HR during the interview.
