الوصف الوظيفي 1. Meet guests when they arrive and getting them settled in their rooms 2. Anticipate clients’ needs by learning their preferences, allergies, dislikes, etc. 3. Have a thorough understanding of all specialty foods in stock 4. Assess and restock drinks as deemed necessary 5. Serve meals and pour drinks for guests 6. Communicate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleaned at the most convenient time for guests 7. Run errands for client when necessary 8. Ensure clients’ rooms are clean and tidy up when necessary 9. Recommend and arrange amenities for guests/clients 10. See guests/Client off when they leave 11. Remain well-groomed at all times 12. Keep up-to-date on all policies on safety and hygiene 13. Perform all duties with discretion, professionalism and a pleasant demeanor 14. Coordinate with all other house staff to ensure everything runs well in the house 15. Serve a family of 5 - 2 adults and 3 children 16. Supervise 17 - 18 staff (chefs, cleaners, gardeners, security personnel, etc) 17. When required, you should be able to fold your sleeves and work. Benefits المهارات ➢ Live in the villa.
