Industry: Consumer Electronics
Location: Dubai
Responsibilities:
• Warranty Claims Management
• Monitor and manage Warranty Claim holding ratio
• Ensure that all warranty claims comply with companies Warranty Policy
• Maintain warranty provision as defined by HQ on a monthly/ quarterly basis
• Monitor and control the use of Special Codes
Requirements:
• 5+ yrs. of experience in Customer Service with a reputed Company
• Currently working in GCC/ Existing GCC working experience
• Bachelor degree
• Driving for results – burning desire to overcome obstacles and deliver superior results
• Creative intelligence – ability to analyze from differing perspectives, create alternatives and develop innovatively breakthroughs
