Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years Work Experience and knowledge of UAE Market
• Diploma in Biomedical Instrumentation/Engineering
• Immediate Joining
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Flexible with Timings
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for sales and services of medical equipment.
• Carry out preventative maintenance of medical equipment as per schedule.
• Liaise with the Biomedical Engineers in the Hospital and find appropriate solutions to solve the technical issues arising.
• Perform installation, repair, troubleshoot and maintenance for medical equipment.
• Get full technical and software knowledge regarding medical equipment handled by the company
• Maintain regular contacts with Manufacturer’s Technical team for troubleshooting aspects.
• Attend Manufacturer’s Training online and offline.
• Maintain records of all maintenance work carried out.
• Responsible for expanding medical device development business.
• Maintain a proper record of customers visited with their relevant information.
• Build a good relationship with Biomedical Engineering department and Engineers in the hospital.
• Summarize weekly report and brief your manager on weekly basis.
• Follow up on all quotations generated for out of warranty jobs from the office and work with end users and decision makers in the Hospital.
• Maintain proper and friendly rapport and good relationship with key decision makers in the hospitals and institutions, where we can market / sell our products and services.
• Conduct professional demonstration and presentation of products to hospitals, customers, charity organizations, airline staffs, Hotel staffs and also to end-users.
