Structural Design Engineer

SBK Architectural Design Consultancy is currently looking for DM Approved G+12 Structural Design Engineer with the following qualifications:
• Experienced in structural design for different scales of project including villas, buildings and warehouses
• Experience in structural drafting using AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in, ETABS, STAAD pro SAFE, Prokon, BIM Design and having command over BS and ACI codes
• Knowledge in DM, Trakhees, DDA and other Govt. Authority regulations and procedures
• Having experience in submission of Structural related reports in Dubai Municipality portals and other authority portals.
• Working knowledge in preparing Bill of Quantities and Project Tendering process.
• Preferably with working experience in Site Supervision.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 7+ years of experience in Structural Design Engineering
• 3+ years’ experience in Site Supervision
• 3+ years’ preparing Bill of Quantities
Requirements:
• Registered in the Society of Engineers
• Preferably Registered with Trakhees and other Dubai Authorities
• Preferably with UAE Driver’s License
• With attested experience certificates (5 years)
• Outside UAE (Attested from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
• UAE Experience Certificate (no need)
