الوصف الوظيفي Job Description 1-Translate high-level business goals into an actionable, data-driven roadmap 2-Actively participate in roadmap planning and help align product initiatives with business objectives and strategies 3-Create product requirements that bring clarity, focus and prioritization to complex problems 4-Launch new products and features, test their performance and iterate quickly 5-Collaborate and communicate effectively with architectures, designers, and business partners to build alignment across team members 6-Design wireframes, workflows, charts and graphics using design tools 7-Break projects into attainable milestones and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve those milestones 8-Define metrics of success and failure and make sure the team is clear on objectives المهارات requirements: 1-worked on UI design with UI/UX folks, 2- have conducted focus groups (major plus) 3-Run scrum as part of sprint, and/or was directly a project manager 4-Coordinate cross functional teams: engineering, DevOps, QA, and multiple products Involved with social media / social networking / C2C communities / cryptocurrency / consumer payments as product manager 5-Understand human behaviors online, usage motivations, and by demographics and political spectrum 6-Ideal candidates will have managed consumer-oriented websites and mobile apps, 7-Experienced working as a software engineer / software manager in the past, and/or possess a computer science or equivalent education with Product Manager background 8-good communication skills in english language both verbal and written. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/it-product-manager-4522907/ |
