Description: We are searching for a highly-creative Digital Marketing Manager, who is expert in Paid ads performance and your central goal is to help to grow our client’s products, by posting Social media adds and Campaigns to generate leads. It is mandatory to have experience in trading and Digital currency - ad posting and campaigns for lead generation and have the knowledge of various channels to reach customers, promote products & to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Primarily, the constant upgrade of digital technology, and the evolving strategies. Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks for lead generation. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in Marketing, Art direction, and Social Media Designing & Management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. Responsibilities: 1. Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns for lead generation. 2. Plans and executes all digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising. 3. Develop and monitor campaign budgets & coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results. 4. Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).. 5. Evaluate & identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry, evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience. 6. Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies. 7. Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects. 8. Should have strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. المهارات 1. Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in marketing or relevant field. 2. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position. 3. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics. 4. Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities. Proven experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels 5. Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools. Working knowledge of ad serving tools. 6. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. 7.
