About Meelz:At Meelz, we believe that Chefs are the center of the food world.Our platform brings Chefs together, empowering them through technology & logistics, to create more, teach more, and leave a positive impact on the community.Our customers now have a one-stop shop to watch food content, try food experiences, and buy the best chef-curated food products available on the market.Objective:And so Chefs are an integral part of our business. They help us create content (masterclasses), create and manage experiences (chef’s tables) and promote products and Meelz altogether. We do not pay Chefs (exceptions are made in some cases), this is win-win relationship, they get the exposure, we get the content. We need someone to act as Recruiter/ Sales to help us connect with, sign and recruit as many chefs as possible within the next 60 days.We will support with:Company informationSales presentation/ aids Chef content production scheduleCRM format for trackingAttendance & support of some of the calls at least at the beginningAgreementsOffice spaceOffice phone EmailThe Target is:80 Sales calls /40 Agreements sent /30 Chefs signed per month
المهارات
Adept in portraying excellent soft skills during interviews and formal meetings.Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills;Time management skills;Established track record of sourcing suitable talent for companies and organizations.Proficient in planning candidate selection rounds as per suggestions of the top-level management.ProfileNeeds to be good at presentation and sales Needs to have an understanding of the local food scene and be a foodie. Needs to be fluent in English and ArabicNeeds to have a little understanding of the sales structure & CRMBe comfortable in reaching out to Chefs on social media, introducing Meelz, setting up the sales call or meeting, explaining the benefits of joining the platform, following through up until signature.
