Take all the calls from website / media inquiries .
Follow the small projects (Villas) from submittal /documentation / operation .
Make AuotoCad shop drawing for all the projects .
Make the QS & As built drawing for all the projects .
Organizing materials and coordinate between sites and factory.
Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
Prepare and submit inspection reports and coordinate with consultant engineer .
Attend the site / technical project meetings .
Follow and apply the technical drawings and engineering plans.
Submit daily and weekly reports for the Sales / inquires .
Give instructions to the site foreman and follow up the implementation .
Follow up all the pending payments .
