About the job:

We are currently looking for experienced Service Coordinators to join our Trading Enterprises team in Dubai. This role will be responsible for:

Reviewing labour, parts and other components used in an repair order and split the items into appropriate accounts.
Raising a Performa, evaluate appropriate charging to customers and raise final invoice.
Raising Local Purchase orders for all sublets and bought out items in the Service Centre and process for payments.
Compiling incentive and overtime summary for direct and non- direct productive.
Main deliverables will include costing, local purchase administration, incentive compilation, and WIP control.

المهارات
About you:

Degree or diploma in any discipline
2 years of accounting experience
Automotive experience is preferred
Computer proficiency and accounting background
Ability to work under pressure, excellent time management and ability to work with a team
