Job Description:
• Providing support to the Accounts & Sales Department.
• Performing basic office tasks, such as filling, data entry, email follow-up, purchase order, invoicing, AP, AR etc.
• Stock & Inventory Control
• Knowledge of VAT filling
• Reconcilation of Bank, supplier and customer accounts.
Qualifications:
• B.Com or any equivalent dagree.
• Work experience as an Junior Accountant or Assistant Accountant with minimum 1 year UAE experience preferable.
• Proficiency with computer and bookkeeping software and database management.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
• Familier with Basic accounting principles.
• Good in communication and negotiation skill.
• Only GCC experience candidates will be short listed. Good luck.
