Architectural Draftsmen
Esteemed Design and Supervision Consultant at Abu Dhabi requires Architectural Draftsmen
The draftsmen shall be detail-oriented to join the architectural design team. They will create the technical drawings for different types of projects / buildings and structures from architects’ sketches, incorporating exact measurements and codes.
Architectural draftsmen job description:
• Analyzing building specifications, codes, and sites. Creating technical drawings from architects’ sketches and specifications.
• Advance knowledge at Using AutoCAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details.
• Printing CAD drawing schematics for use by architects.
• Preparing drawings, charts, and records with CAD equipment and conventional drafting techniques.
• Collaborating with architects to ensure adherence to building specifications and industry regulations.
• Familiar with the local authority submissions at Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
General conditions:
• Immediately joining.
• Total experience from 7 to 10 years.
• Prior experience as an architectural draftsman.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Adobe Photoshop, Revit, 3d max, Lumion & sketch-up will be advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
