We are hiring for the position of Business Development Consultant for recruitment sector.
• Experience required : 1 to 5 years in Sales & Marketing/field sales/corporate/direct/B2B sales, banking (UAE Exp Mandatory)
• Education Qualification :- Any Graduate from any stream
• Should have excellent communication skills.
• Arabic Speaking will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibility:-
• Identifying new sales leads by doing Cold calling
• Pitching recruitment services to clients
• Understanding or analyzing the manpower requirement of potential clients
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Preparing quotes & proposals
• the ability to handle pressure & meet deadlines
• Collaborating with Management.
