Responsibilities & Skills:
• Strong oral and written communications skills, Presentation Skills, and Prospecting Skills.
• Strong communication, listening and presentation skills.
• BS Degree in data science and research, IT, Business administration, or engineering major
• Background in statistics, mathematics and methodologies
• Innovative and strategic approach in reporting of business analytics.
• Applicable experience with 6 years
• Develop tracking and monitoring metrics to measure the performance of Sales and product performance
• Conducts data extraction, data conversion, data consolidation and business report automation by writing queries and scripts
• Analyze complex business problems and issues from internal and external data
• Lead team efforts to build and automate management dashboards and other reporting tools that can be utilized across the Sales organization, shared with other departments as well as the management team
• Participation in nominated training programs and active self-learning to maintain knowledge
• Supports ad hoc data set creation and data analysis
