Technical Manager

HSEI Middle East Safety Consultancy and Training is Looking for a Technical Manager for its EIAC accredited Third Party Inspection Services.
Position: Technical Manager (EIAC Accredited Third Party Inspection Services)

Abilities:
• Hold a Bachelor/Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Aggregate 8 years of experience in the same field and minimum 2 years experience as Inspection Body Technical Manager in UAE
• Manage the Inspection Department as per the EIAC regulations and guidance
• Prepare and attend EIAC Audits
• Knowledge in ISO 17024 and ISO 17020
• Hold certifications such as LEEA, ASNT etc.
• Provide guidance and insight to management
• Ensure and maintain the quality of documentation
• Plan and execute sales plans for Inspection and training activities
• Evaluating and assessing the competency and efficiency of inspection engineers.
• Report progress, including any changes made to plans.
• Delegate technical responsibilities and monitor the progress of projects
• Deliver products consistently, on time, and on budget
• Oversee user testing and report results.
• Work closely with Inspectors during all phases of the inspections.
• Review all work produced by the inspection team
• Develop relations with clients and generate sales leads
• Review, Approve, Issue and Reissue certificates in line with standards.
• Training and monitoring the inspection engineers for safe working practices
