MEP Estimation Engineer required to join the multinational team of the leading Design and Fit Out Interior Firm, renowned for timely and cost-effective deliveries of projects to the highest standards.
Job Requirements:
• The candidate with the following qualifications /capabilities will be considered.
• Mechanical Engineering – BE/B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering should only apply. Indians preferred
• Minimum 3 years UAE experience required
• Should have experience in Interior Fit out and Construction firm.
• Preparation of Preliminary estimation, Budget estimation, Detailed estimation for MEP & related to FITOUT projects.
• Visiting site / attending pre-bid meetings.
• Sending enquiries and obtaining prices, analyze prices, prepare material and labor cost estimation and bid price
• Conducting negotiations, Identification of cost or pricing data submitted during the negotiations and relied upon in reaching a settlement.
• Preparation of Evaluation of Tender / Contract documents and Bill of Quantities
• Preparation of List of Technical Queries for Consultant clarification.
• Quantity take-off
• Prepare technical and commercial bid, follow up until finalization.
• Quantification of Variations as per revised drawings / specification
• Provide and maintain all backup documentation required for substations of claims / invoices
