Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing. Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet them. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value. Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, etc.) Maintain and update listings of vacant properties in a database. Develop networks and cooperate with mortgage lenders and contractors. Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services. Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices. Train members of your team and assist them in developing their skills. Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the team.
