Job Description
Required Operational Manager for a reputed Healthcare must having skilled relevant experience of 5 years in healthcare management with slight awareness of financial, marketing and technical concerns preferably keeping the following requirements:
Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
Establishing, following and enforcing standard and procedures complying with company and medical regulations for smooth and hassle free operational flow.
Supervise and act as bridge and point of contact among all departments of the organizations.
Align organization’s financial and market interest with direct communication from board management/owners
Report hand to hand with board management/ owners to determine the opportunities and challenges to the organization with short term and long term plans and strategies.
Knowledge in DHA Portal and clinic operation process
Eligibitly Criteria:
• Bachelors degree is a must
• At least having 5 years of experience in healthcare management
• Available for immediate or earliest joining
• UAE Driving License
• Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
