Hiring Junior Desktop Support/IT Support Engineers
Location in #Dubai
• 8+ Months contact role.
• Need immediate joiners.
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
• Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in a corporate Helpdesk and/or Desktop Support environment.
• Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, IT Support Executive or similar role
• Thorough understanding of Windows 7 / 10 Operating System & basic network configuration & troubleshooting
• MCSA or CCNA certification is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills to work effectively with users
